Position Summary
Our Care Guides are the first point of contact for our Members, whom, to this point, have only dealt with Customer Service Reps from our competitors. This is an important distinction, as this position is responsible for guiding our members through their healthcare experience while using our benefits platform. This role will provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and handle and resolve complaints. A typical Care Guide is responsible for determining the client's issue, offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Care Guides may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. We’re looking for an experienced and talented individual to serve in this role. In this position, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, real passion for interpersonal interaction, and the ability to feed and cultivate relationships to drive greater adoption of services.

Key Responsibilities include experience with inbound call center and customer service.
